| 摘 要 目的：了解合理用药监测工作干预门诊用药的效果，为制定有效的干预措施提供参考。方法：随机抽取干预前后的处方各3 600张，统计分析各项合理用药指标。结果：干预后每次就诊平均用药品种数由 2.68种下降为2.07种；抗菌药使用比例下降9.78%；注射剂使用比例下降5.5%；不合理用药处方下降3.05%。结论：全面、有效的干预措施在促进门诊合理用药方面具有可操作性和可实现性。 |

| ABSTRACT Objective:To study the effect of rational drug use monitoring work on outpatient drug use to improve the level of rational drug use. Methods:3 600 prescriptions before and after intervention were randomly selected. All indications of rational drug use were analysed.Results:The mean number of categories of prescription drugs for each patient visit declined from 2.68 to 2.07, the rate of antibiotics use dropped by 9.78%, the rate of injection use fell by 5.5%and the irrational prescriptions fell by 3.05%. Conclusion:Comprehensive and effective interventions were feasible and realistic for promoting outpatient rational drug use. |
