| 摘 要 目的：评价多项措施逐步实施后两种Ⅰ类切口手术(白内障手术、疝气修补术)预防用药情况的变化。方法：采用回顾性调查，对2012年前三季度出院的上述2种Ⅰ类切口手术病例抗菌药使用情况进行统计、分析。结果：多项措施逐步实施后，抗菌药种类的选择趋于合理；白内障术后抗菌药使用时间≤24 h的比例由0（1季度）提高到100%（3季度）；两种手术的用药金额也随之下降；但仍与北京市卫生局的要求存在差距。结论：采取的干预措施有效、可行，但仍需加大力度，多方改进，以促进一步完善。 |

| ABSTRACT Objective:To evaluate the changes of phylactic application of antibacterials in the two kinds of typeⅠincision operation after a series of methods were implemented step by step.Methods:A retrospective analysis was carried out to statistically analyze of the use of antibacterials in the two kinds of TypeⅠincision operations in the first three quarters of 2012. Results:After the implementation of a series of methods，the selection of antibacterial drug type tended to be reasonable, and the proportion of postoperative antimicrobial time ≤24 h increased from 0(the first quarter) to 100%(the third quarter) in cataract operations. The average cost of antibacterials also decreased significantly. But there was still a big gap in accordance with the requirements of Beijing Health Bureau. Conclusion:Interventions were effective and feasible, but still greater efforts needed to be made to promote further perfection. |
