| 摘 要 目的：探讨氨溴特罗口服液辅助治疗儿童肺炎支原体肺炎的临床疗效。方法：支原体肺炎患儿（5～12岁）61例，随机分成治疗组和对照组，在静滴乳糖酸阿奇霉素基础上，治疗组31例选用氨溴特罗口服液，对照组30例选用盐酸氨溴索口服液。观察开始治疗当天和治疗5 d后两组咳嗽、痰液量、排痰困难、喘息评分，以及两组临床疗效。结果：两组在治疗5 d后各症状评分均较治疗前明显减轻（P<0.05或0.01），且治疗组改善程度优于对照组（P＜0.01）。治疗组咳嗽、排痰困难、喘息等症状有效率优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：氨溴特罗口服液对改善肺炎支原体肺炎患儿的咳嗽、痰液黏稠和喘息等临床症状疗效显著。 |

| ABSTRACT Objective:To evaluate the curative effect of ambroxol hydrochloride and clenbuterol hydrochloride oral solution on adjuvant therapy for children with mycoplasma pneumonia. Methods:61 patients (ages ranging from 5 to 12 years) with mycoplasma pneumonia treated by azithromycin were randomly divided into two groups. The observation group (31 cases) were treated by ambroxol hydrochloride and clenbuterol hydrochloride oral solution and the controlled group (30 cases) were treated by ambroxol hydrochloride oral solution. Cough, sputum volume, difficulty in expectoration and wheezing were compared before and after 5 day’s treatment in the two groups.Results:Cough, sputum volume, difficulty in expectoration and wheezing were significantly reduced after 5 days’ treatment(P<0.05 or P＜0.01). The observation group was superior to the controlled group in solving the cough, difficulty in expectoration and breathing problems(P<0.05).Conclusion:The ambroxol hydrochloride and clenbuterol hydrochloride oral solution improved such clinical symptoms as cough, thick sputum and wheezing in children with mycoplasma pneumonia. The curative effect was remarkable. |
