| 摘 要 目的：了解我院心血管外科围术期抗菌药预防性应用的干预效果，探索有效的干预模式，提高抗菌药合理应用水平。方法：采用回顾性调查方法，抽取2010年2月～2011年5月心外科手术出院病历120份作为干预前组，2011年10月~2012年6月心外科手术出院病历121份为干预后组，将各项指标进行对照研究。结果：药物选择、术前给药时间、术中追加情况、用药疗程、联合用药的不合理率明显降低(P<0.05），人均抗菌药费用由干预前的2 324.70元下降到1 656.68元（P<0.05）。结论：本研究所采用的合理用药干预措施具有可行性和有效性，对医院合理地应用抗菌药起到了积极的促进作用。 |

| ABSTRACT Objective:To study the intervention of perioperative prophylactic application of antibiotics in order to provide basis for the establishment of intervention model and to improve rational use of antibiotics.Methods:The retrospective method was used to analyze the perioperative prophylactic application of antibacterials in patients of our hospital comparatively while a total of 120 discharged medical records were collected from Feb.2010 to May 2011 as the pre intervention group, and 121 records, collected from Oct. 2011 to June 2012 as the post intervention group.Results:The rate of inappropriate application of antibiotics were significantly decreased in respect of antibacterial selection，preoperative administration time，additional application of antibacterials during operations, course of drug treatment and drug combination（P<0.05）. The average cost of antibacterial decreased from 2 324.70 yuan（before intervention）to 1 656.68yuan（after intervention）（P<0.05）. Conclusion: The intervention methods of rational use of drug proved to be practicable and effective. It will have effective effect on the rational use of antibiotics in our hospital. |
