摘 要 目的:分析抗菌药不良反应(ADR)发生特点,为临床安全用药提供参考。方法:采用回顾性研究方法,统计分析2012年嘉兴市部分医院上报的534例抗菌药ADR病例报告。结果:534例报告共涉及抗菌药12大类51个品种;病例中幼儿的所占比例最大(26.97%);涉及药品以头孢菌素类所占比例最高(48.31%);ADR累及系统(器官)以皮肤及其附件受损(63.42%)为主;β-内酰胺类是引起严重ADR的主要抗菌药。结论:应重视抗菌药合理使用,减少和避免ADR的发生,确保临床用药安全。 |

ABSTRACT Objective:To analyze the characteristics of antibiotics adverse drug reaction(ADR),in order to provide reference for security use of drugs.Methods:534 cases of antibiotics induced ADR reports reported to Jiaxing ADR monitoring center in 2012 were analyzed retrospectively.Results:12 categories 51 kinds of antibiotics were involved in the total 534 cases of ADRs.The constituent rate was highest in 0-10 year old patients(26.97%).Among different kinds of antibiotics,the greatest number of ADR were caused by Cephalosporins (48.31%), The main organs damaged by ADR were skin and its attachments(63.42%). Among different kinds of antibiotics,most of the serious ADR reports were caused by β lactams. Conclusion:ADR monitoring should be strengthened especially for antibiotics to enhance clinical safe drug use consciousness for the security of patients with drugs. |
