ABSTRACT Objective:To investigate the prophylactic antibacterials used in patients with type Ⅰ incision operation in a hospital, and provide reference for rational drug use at clinic. Methods:Based on ‘2012 Antimicrobial Drug Clinical Application Specific Rectification Activity Supervision Guidance Manual’ and ‘Antimicrobial Drug Clinical Application Guidance Principle’, 595 cases of type I incision operations were randomly selected in a hospital between January 2012 to December 2012. Statistics and analysis were conducted on the usage of antimicrobial drugs, and some views and suggestions, proposed about some existing problems. Results:Among the 595 cases, there were 277 cases of preventive antimicrobial drug use, accounting for 46.55%, in which 140 cases were rational use, accounting for 50.54%.There were 8 cases of antimicrobial drug combined use, accounting for 2.89%. In prophylactic antimicrobial used in common type Ⅰ incision surgery, the drug use were reasonable only in cataract surgery and coronary angiography. In terms of antimicrobial drug use by frequency, cephalosporins ranked at the first place, and first generation and second generation cephalosporin as major antimicrobials accounted for 63.64%. In terms of type Ⅰ incision prophylactic antibacterial use frequency the national essential medicines accounted for 61.19%. Conclusion:The hospital should still strengthen the management of prophylactic antibacterial used in type I incision operation, and strictly carry out the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Health on the rational use of antibiotics to ensure the safety, effect and economics of the patient medication. |
