ABSTRACT Objective: To analyze and summarize the distribution and features of the adverse drug reactions in our hospital to reduce the incidence and provide references for the clinical use of drugs.Methods: A retrospective analysis of 163 cases of adverse drug reactions was made in 2012. Results:104 kinds of 12 categories of drugs were suspected in the 163 cases, the incidence of which over the age of 60 accounted for 38.04%. 66.92% belonged to intravenous drug, 39.26% were the lesion of skin and its appendages and 25% of the 163 cases were anti infective agents. Conclusion: The monitoring of ADR must be strengthened to decrease the percentage of failing to report, improve the quality of ADR reports gradually, avoid and reduce the occurrence of ADR, improve the standardization of the drug use, and provide the reference for rational drug use. |
