| 摘 要 目的：分析选择性5羟色胺（5-HT）再摄取抑制药的不良反应（ADR）特点，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法：对我院2010～2012年收集的68例5-HT再摄取抑制药的不良反应报告进行回顾性分析。结果：5-HT再摄取抑制药涉及的不良反应以中青年为多，舍曲林、帕罗西汀、氟西汀所致不良反应居前三位，神经系统损害最常见。结论：临床上应加强对选择性5-HT再摄取抑制药的监测以减少或避免不良反应的发生。 |

| ABSTRACT Objective:To investigate the characteristics and regularity of the adverse drug reactions(ADR) induced by selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors to provide reference for clinical rational drug use. Methods:68 cases of ADRs induced by selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors were selected by the departments of our hospital during 2010 2012 and analyzed. Results: The young and middle aged patients took up the most of the 68 cases. The adverse reactions induced by seculin, paroxetine and fluoxetine ranked in the top three. ADRs of the nervous system damage were most commonly found.Conclusion:It is necessary to enhance following-up observations to patients in order to prevent some serious ADRs. |
