| 摘 要 目的：对山东省药品不良反应监测数据进行统计，分析山东省药品不良反应监测现状。方法：以2013年上半年山东省上报国家药品不良反应监测中心的药品不良反应/事件报告数据为依据，从不同角度分析其特点。结果：报告数量逐年大幅增长，新的和严重报告比例稳步提高；报告结构合理；报告时效性、评价及时性、均衡性不佳；临床超说明书用药比例估计为9.9%。结论：山东省药品不良反应监测体系比较完善；新的和严重报告比例、报告均衡性有待进一步提高；临床应重视超说明书给药现象。 |

| ABSTRACT Objective:To analyze the monitoring data of ADRs in Shandong Province to provide the evidence for the study of the actuality of ADR monitoring assessments. Methods: Based on the reports of ADR in Shandong Province to the National Center for ADR Monitoring, the data’s characteristics in different aspects were analyzed. Results:The result showed that the quantity of the reports was growing year by year, the number of new symptom’s ADR reports, severe ADR reports were rising steadily and the structure of reports was rational. But the timeliness promptness and proportionality of reports’ appraisement were not good enough. 9.9% clinical cases used drugs outside their prescriptions.Conclusion:A relatively perfect system of adverse drug reaction monitoring was basically established in Shandong Province but the work of ADR monitoring needed to be steadily perfected, new symptom’s ADR reports and severe ADR reports’ proportionality needed to be improved and more attention should be paid to the overdose clinic treatment. |
