ABSTRACT Objective:To understand the characteristics and laws of adverse drug reaction(ADR) in our hospital.Methods:206 ADR cases were collected in our hospital in respect of patients'general condition, types of drugs, organs and systems involved and clinical manifestation.Results:Of the 206 ADR cases, elderly patients above 50 years old was in the majority(48.06%); ADRs induced by antibacterial drugs were the most common(44.17%), followed by traditional Chinese drugs preparations(15.05%), in which injections accounted for the vast majority(90.32%), and the intravenous administration was the most main route(62.62%). Lesions of skin and its appendixes were the main clinical manifestations(46.12%).Conclusion:The drug monitoring in elderly patients should be strengthened to reduce the ratio of intravenous administration, enhance the level of rational use of antibacterial drugs and traditional Chinese medicine injections in order to reduce the ADR occurrence. |
