摘 要 目的:研究中医临床路径系统中医方剂管理任务可靠性评估技术,为中医临床合理用药与监测管理提供参考依据。方法: 基于故障树分析法(FTA)对中医临床路径系统中医方剂监测管理的任务可靠性进行研究,研究基于Petri网模型求解故障树的任务可靠性最小割集的算法,应用OpenFTA软件对故障树进行定性、定量分析,通过蒙特卡罗仿真得到中医方剂管理故障树最小割集。结果:通过仿真计算得出顶事件发生的概率值。结论:中医临床路径系统的中医方剂管理,可通过故障树分析法,对不良事件/不良反应的影响因素进行定性与定量分析,才能更好的制定安全防范措施,提高用药安全。 |

ABSTRACT Objective::To research the reliability technology of Chinese medicine prescription management in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) clinical pathway system to provide a reference based on clinical medicine rational drug use of TCM and monitoring management. Methods:Based on the fault tree analysis (FTA), the monitoring and control of Chinese medicine prescriptions of TCM clinical pathway system mission reliability were studied. The exploration was based on Petri net model to solve the mission reliability of the fault tree algorithm of minimum cut sets, Open FTA software was applied to make the fault tree qualitative and quantitative analysis, and the drug prescription management fault tree were obtained by monte carlo simulation of minimum cut sets. Results:Through simulation the probability value of the top event was calculated. Conclusion: The Chinese medicine prescription management in TCM clinical pathway system could utilize the fault tree analysis method to make its qualitative and quantitative analysis of influence factors of adverse events (reactions), better the safety precaution development and improve the medication safety. |
