| ABSTRACT Objective::To put some suggestions forward to improve the administration of investigators’ conflict of interest in clinical trials. Methods:This paper analyzed the definition, performance, and hazards of the investigators’ conflict of interest. Furthermore this paper studied the administration of investigators’ conflict of interest in foreign countries.Results and Conclusion:To solve this problem, China should enhance the education of the investigator, reinforce the institution’s oversight, make use of the guiding role of the industry associations and medical journals, and improve the government supervision system. |
