| 摘 要 目的:观察曲普瑞林预防子宫内膜异位症患者腹腔镜术后复发的疗效及安全性。方法： 100例腹腔镜保守手术治疗子宫内膜异位症患者随机分为观察组与对照组，各组50例。观察组术后予曲普瑞林3.75 mg皮下注射，每月1次；对照组予米非司酮10 mg，po qd。两组疗程均为3个月。观察两组患者疗效、复发情况及药品不良反应。结果：两组患者均手术成功。观察组患者疗效优于对照组，术后2年内复发率明显少于对照组(P<0.05)，观察组停药1年后成功怀孕率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)，不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：子宫内膜异位症患者腹腔镜保守手术后应用曲普瑞林可显著改善临床症状，有效降低术后复发率，且不良反应少，安全有效。 |

| ABSTRACT Objective::To observe effect and security of triptorelin to prevent the reoccurrence after laparoscopic surgery operation of endometriosis. Methods: 100 cases of patients with endometriosis, who were given the expectant treatment of laparoscopic surgery operation, were selected and divided into the observed group and controlled group at random. The patients in the observed group were given the hypodermic of 3.75mg triptorelin for one time after the operation, once a month for 3 months’ course of treatment. The patients in the controlled group were given 10mg mifepristone through the mouth for one time, once a day for 3 months' treatment course. The curative effect, reoccurrence and drug adverse reaction of the patients in the two groups were observed. Methods:The operation of the two groups were successful. The curative effect of the patients in the observed group was much better than that in the controlled group. After 2 years the reoccurrence rate in the observed group was much lower than that in the controlled group(P<0.05). The pregnancy rate after 1 year’s drug withdrawal in the observed group was much higher than that in the controlled group (P<0.05), but the untoward effect rate was much lower than that in the controlled group(P<0.05). Conclusion:The laparoscopic surgery operation combined with triptorelin had its reliable curative effect on the clinical improvement of the patients with endometriosis, and it could reduce the postoperative reoccurrence rate effectively with little untoward reaction and was a safe and effective therapeutic method. |
