| ABSTRACT Objective:: To analyze the clinical application of albumin in our hospital to evaluate its rationality.Methods::All cases collected from December 2011 to November 2012 were retrospectively analyzed to obtain information about the clinical use of albumin and evaluate the rationality of use. Results::The establishments of index were compared with the author, and 740 cases of reasonable applications accounted for 50.9%. 35 cases of the reasonable records accounted for 2.4%. 679 cases of the unreasonable medical records accounted for 46.7%. The percentages of albumin accounted for 25.3% for cirrhosis and liver resection, 16.4% for the use of cancer, 9.7% for diabetes, 7.6% for fractures, and 7.4% for the craniocerebral disease. Conclusion::Due to some unreasonable phenomenons in the clinic application of albumin, the clinical use of albumin should be normalized and the standard and the instruction of the use, should be established. |
