ABSTRACT Objective::To investigate the features and regularity of anaphylactic shock induced by Lidocaine injection by Chinese literature ananlysis. Methods: Chinese Biological Medical Disc from 1978 to July 2013, China Knowledge Network and Wanfang data from 1994 to July 2013 were retrieved to collect the case reports of anaphylactic shock induced by lidocaine injection. The age, sex, administration route, original disease, occurrence time and clinical symptoms of ADR, treatment measures, recovery and allergic history were statistically analyzed. Results: A higher incidence occurred to patients with drug allergy record, and most of the anaphylactic shock occurred within 5 minutes (77.38%) after administration. Conclusion:The results suggested that clinical doctors should inquire patient's allergic history in detail before treatment and carry out their careful observation and strong monitoring during medication. |
