| 摘 要 目的:了解武汉地区32家医院2010~2012年抗精神障碍基本药物应用情况和变化趋势。方法：统计武汉地区32家医院2010~2012年抗精神障碍基本药物的用药金额、用药频度(DDDs)、日用药金额(DDC)等，分析应用情况及变化趋势。结果：武汉地区32家医院2010~2012年抗精神障碍基本药物销售金额总体呈上涨趋势。2011年及2012年的增长率分别为7.31%、8.27%。大部分抗精神障碍基本药物日均费用（DDC）较低，且呈下降趋势。结论：精神障碍疾病患者人数逐年上升，国家基本药物制度的建立及完善为精神障碍患者积极参与治疗精神障碍疾病提供了有力的保障。 |

| ABSTRACT Objective::To investigate the status quo of the consumption and tendency of anti mental disorder essential drugs application in 32 hospitals in Wuhan area during 2010 2012. Methods:The consumption sum, DDDs (DDDs), and daily drug cost (DDC) of anti mental disorder essential drugs application in 32 hospitals in Wuhan area during 2010 2012 were statistically analyzed. Results: The amount consumption of the anti mental disorder essential drugs showed a rising trend in 32 hospitals in Wuhan area of the year during 2010 2012. In 2011 and 2012 the growth rate was 7.31% and 8.27% relatively. Daily drug cost (DDC) of most of the anti mental disorder essential drugs was low and declining. Conclusion:With the increasing number of patients with mental disorders, the gradually constructed and improved National Essential Drug Policy greatly provided a guarantee for them to participate in treatment actively. |
