| ABSTRACT Objective:To discuss the practical experience and the experience of clinical pharmacists participating in clinical consultation,To provide the reference for the clinical pharmacists. Methods:1 cases of clinical pharmacist participating in clinical consultation was sampled and the experiences of clinical pharmacists on pharmaceutical care in clinical consultation of our hospital were introduced. Results:Clinical pharmacist gave play to the advantages of drug treatment in consaltation, according to the characteristics of the patient’s condition, the pharmacist provided individualized medication,meanwhile closely monitored adverse drug reactions and improved the clinical effects of drug treatment.
