| 摘 要 目的:了解糖皮质激素类药物（GCs）在肿瘤疾病的用药现状，评价GCs的用药合理性，探讨其不合理用药的影响因素。方法：采用单纯随机抽样，选取2011年1～12月某院使用过GCs的恶性肿瘤住院病历721例，回顾性调查研究GCs的使用情况。结果：GCs在肿瘤疾病中不合理用药率为15.12%（107/721）。不合理用药表现形式中，给药剂量不当最多，占8.32%（60/721）。影响GCs用药不合理的因素有性别、住院天数、是否合并用药、平均日剂量。女性、住院天数越短、与GCs有相互作用的药物合用、平均日剂量越大时，GCs使用不合理率越高。结论：GCs在肿瘤疾病的治疗中存在部分不合理应用现象。对于需要合并用药或短期住院的患者，更应警惕GCs的不合理应用。 |

| ABSTRACT Objective::To investigate the current situation and evaluate the rationality of the use of glucocorticoids to explore the factors of influencing the irrational drug use in tumour diseases. Methods:721 malignant tumor cases, which were treated with systemic glucocorticoids in the hospital during Jan. Dec. in 2011, were randomly selected and retrospectively analyzed. Results: The analysis showed that 15.12%（107/721）of the cases appropriately used glucocorticoids. Among the forms of the unreasonable uses of glucocorticoids, inappropriate doses accounted for up to 8.32%（60/721）. It showed that the sex, hospital stays, drug combination and average daily dose were correlate with the irrational use of glucocorticoids, which means women, less time woman stayed in hospital, drug interactions and more average daily dose were related with higher rate of inappropriate use.Conclusion: There existed some phenomenon of irrational use of glucocorticoids. The patients who required drug combination or a short inpatient stay should be more alert and careful to the irrational use of glucocorticoids. |
