ABSTRACT Objective::To evaluate the anti-allergic rhinitis drugs with the improved TOPSIS method so as to explore a suitable synthetical evaluation method for anti-allergic rhinitis drugs and to provide evidence for rational drug use. Methods::The data were collected from 39 randomized controlled trials of fexofenadine, loratadine and cetirizine. Fexofenadine, loratadine and cetirizine served as the evaluation unit, and the evaluation included 12 indexes, for example, nasal obstruction, nasal itching, sneezing, running nose, ocular symptoms, quality of life, doctor’s evaluation and so on. The improved TOPSIS method was used in the synthetical evaluation of anti-allergic rhinitis drugs. Results::The relative proximity to the optimal value of fexofenadine, loratadine and cetirizine were 0.846,0.896 and 0.585. Conclusion::The synthetical evaluation value of cetirizine was the best, followed by fexofenadine and loratadine was the worst. |
