| 摘 要 目的:观察复方甘草酸苷及阿维A胶囊联合窄谱中波紫外线（NB-UVB）治疗寻常型银屑病的疗效和安全性。方法： 118例寻常型银屑病患者随机分为试验组60例和对照组58例。两组均给予NB-UVB照射治疗隔日1次、阿维A胶囊10 mg ，po bid；试验组在此基础上加用复方甘草酸苷胶囊50 mg，po tid。两周疗程均为8 周。以银屑病皮损面积和严重程度(PASI)评分评价疗效并记录药品不良反应。结果：治疗8周后，试验组PASI评分(3.7±2.12)，低于对照组(5.3±2.713) ，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05); 试验组有效率(83.34%) 高于对照组(68.96%)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05）；两组未见明显药品不良反应。结论：复方甘草酸苷和阿维A胶囊联合NB-UVB治疗寻常型银屑病疗效显著，不良反应较少。 |

| ABSTRACT Objective::To observe the efficacy and safety of compound lycyrrhizin and acitretin capsules combined with narrow band ultraviolet irradiation（NB-UVB）in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris. Methods:118 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group with 60 cases and the controlled group with 58 cases. Both groups were treated with acitretin capsules，10mg 2 times a day and NB-UVB every other day. In addition, the treatment group were treated with compound lycyrrhizin 50mg 3 times a day. Both groups were treated for 8 weeks to determine their efficacy. The adverse drug reaction and efficacy of the treatment were evaluated by psoriasis area and severity index(PASI) scores．Methods:The PASI scores in the treatment group(3.7±2.12) were significantly lower than those of the controlled group(5.3±2.713)，P＜0.05. The efficacy rate in the treatment group(83.34%) was significantly higher than that of the controlled group(68.96%)，P＜0.05．No adverse drug reaction occurred in both groups．Conclusion:Compound lycyrrhizin and acitretin capsules combined with NB-UVB were an effective and safe method to treat psoriasis vulgaris with few adverse drug reactions. |
