| 摘 要 目的：评价复方甘草酸苷联合窄谱中波紫外线（NB UVB）治疗斑秃的临床疗效及安全性。方法： 115名斑秃患者随机分为试验组58例和对照组57例。两组均给予NB UVB照射治疗，每周2次，地万溶液外涂，bid，共治疗12周。试验组在此基础上给予复方甘草酸苷胶囊50 mg，po tid，连续12周。治疗后比较两组疗效及不良反应，并于3个月后随访。结果：试验组总有效率86.21%,对照组总有效率64.91%, 差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组发生1例不良反应，对照组发生2例。治疗后3个月随访,试验组复发2例，对照组复发5例。两组复发率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：复方甘草酸苷联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗斑秃不良反应少，具有疗效、安全性和耐受性好等优点，值得临床推广。 |

| ABSTRACT Objective::To evaluate the efficacy and safety of alopecia areata treated with compound glycyrrhizin and narrow band ultraviolet B(NB UVB). Methods:115 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group with 58 cases and the controlled group with 57 cases. Both groups were treated with NB UVB twice a week and embrocated diwan solution twice a day; on the basis of the controlled group，the treatment group were treated with compound glycyrrhizin, 50mg each time, three times a day. Their curative effect and adverse reactions were evaluated for 12 weeks after the treatment.Results:The total effectiveness of the treatment group was 86.21% and that of the controlled group were 64.91%. There was statistically significant difference (P<0.05) for the two groups.Three months later, recurrence in 2 cases(3.45%) of the treatment group and the control group recurrence in 5 cases(8.78%),there was statisticaily significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The compound glycyrrhizin combined with NB UVB was an effective, tolerable and safe method with few adverse reactions to treat alopecia areata; therefore, its clinical promotion was worth while. |
