| 摘 要 目的:探讨西格列汀与甘精胰岛素联合治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效和安全性。方法：2型糖尿病患者80例随机分为观察组42例，对照组38例。对照组给予甘精胰岛素治疗，观察组予甘精胰岛素皮下注射，同时加用磷酸西格列汀片100 mg，po qd。疗程均为12周，观察比较两组患者治疗前后治疗前后空腹血糖（FPG）、餐后2h血糖（2hPG）和糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）水平变化，以及治疗期间两组不良反应发生情况。结果：两组患者治疗后FPG、2hPG和HbA1c水平均明显低于治疗前（P＜0.05），且观察组治疗后2hPG、HbA1c水平较对照组更低（P＜0.05）；观察组低血糖发生率为4.76%，明显低于对照组的15.79%（P＜0.05）。结论：西格列汀联合甘精胰岛素治疗2型糖尿病疗效性较好，安全性较高，值得临床推广应用。 |

| ABSTRACT Objective::To study the clinical efficacy and safety of sitagliptin and insulin glargine in the treatment of type 2 diabetes. Methods:80 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted in our hospital from March 2011 to August 2013 were randomly divided into two groups with 42 cases in the observation group and 38 cases in the control group. The control group was given insulin glargine,and the observation group were treated with hydrochloric acid sitagliptin tablets on the basis of the control group. The clinical curative effect and safety of the two groups were observed. Results: After the treatment, FPG, 2hPG and HbA1c in the two groups were significantly lower than those before the treatment (P<0.05), and HbA1c and 2hPG in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of hypoglycemia in the observation group was 4.76%, and the incidence of hypoglycemia in the control group was 15.79%, and there were significant differences between the groups (P<0.05). Conclusion:Sitagliptin combined with insulin glargine had its better curative effect and was safer in the treatment of type 2 diabetes and is worthy of clinical application. |
