| 摘 要 目的：为药品不良反应监测质量评价提供科学的参考依据。方法：采用专家法和层次分析法（AHP法）确定评估指标及权重。结果：从监测机构、监测人员、监测制度和监测报告四个维度确定各评估指标并计算出对应的权重系数，初步构建药品不良反应监测质量评估指标体系。结论：构建出药品不良反应监测质量评估指标体系。 |

| ABSTRACT Objective:To provide the scientific reference for the quality evaluation of adverse drug reaction monitoring. Methods:The expert method and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) were used to determine the evaluation indicators and weights. Results: The monitoring agency, personnel, system and report, were based to determine the evaluation index, calculate the corresponding weight coefficient and initially create the evaluation system. Conclusion:The evaluation system of the adverse drug reaction monitoring quality was created. |
