| 摘 要 目的:观察N-三甲基壳聚糖（TMC60） 芦荟凝胶治疗中度寻常型痤疮的临床疗效和安全性。方法： 中度寻常型痤疮患者110例随机分为和观察组各55例。观察组患者使用TMC60 芦荟凝胶治疗，对照组患者使用普通芦荟凝胶，疗程10周。观察两组临床疗效、起效时间及药品不良反应。结果：观察组痊愈率和总有效率均较对照组高（P<0.05），平均起效时间明显缩短（P<0.05），两组药品不良反应及复发率比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：TMC60 芦荟凝胶治疗中度寻常型痤疮的临床疗效较好，TMC60可增加芦荟凝胶的疗效，缩短起效时间，安全性好。 |

| ABSTRACT Objective::To study the clinical effect of N trimethyl chitosan(TMC60） aloe gels on moderate acne vulgaris to provide reference for clinic use. Methods:Totally 110 cases of moderate acne vulgaris were selected and randomly divided into two groups, namely the control group (common aloe gels) and the treatment group (TMC60 aloe gels). The treatment course was 12 weeks, and the efficacy, onset time and adverse reactions were studied. Results:The recovery rate and total effective rate of the treatment group were more obviously increased (P<0.05) than those of the control group. The onset time was shortened in the treatment group as well (P<0.05). Both the control group and the treatment group showed similar adverse reactions and recurrence rate (P>0.05).Conclusion:TMC60 could enhance the effect of aloe gels with higher efficacy and shortened the onset time without changes in the adverse reactions and recurrence rate. |
