| 摘 要:危药品使用不当极易造成严重的药物不良事件，对于高危药品风险和管理的研究是近年来医院药学的热点领域。本综述通过查阅近年来国外与台湾地区关于高危药品的相关外文文献，从高危药品的定义分类、风险因素和风险管理等角度介绍了其他国家和中国台湾地区医疗机构对于高危药品风险因素与管理的研究进展。从提高执业人员对高危药品的认知、规范高危药品的调配使用、升级硬件和软件、加强高危药品使用管理等多个方面进行风险控制，可以有效降低高危药品对患者和医务人员带来的伤害。 |

| ABSTRACT The incorrect use of high risk medications can easily cause serious adverse drug events (ADEs). Research for risks and management of high alert drugs is a hot topic in recent years. This article bases on recent relevant literatures from Taiwan and abroad, and provides a review of the advances in high risk drugs research in these regions, including the definition and classification of high risk drugs, risk factors and risk management of these drugs. This research summary shows that by improving practitioners’ cognition to high risk drugs, standardizing high risk drugs’ dispensing, upgrading the hardware and software, strengthening the management of high risk drugs and many other aspects of risk control, the harm of high risk drugs to patients and staff can be efficiently reduced. |
