摘要目的:评价干预措施规范Ⅰ类切口手术围手术期预防使用抗菌药的成效，为抗菌药使用管理决策提供参考。方法：采用回顾性分析方法，分别抽取2011年和2012年Ⅰ类切口手术病例302例和232例，比较围手术期预防使用抗菌药情况。结果：2012年Ⅰ类切口围手术期抗菌药预防使用率为57.9%，较2011年的72.9%有明显下降；2012年预防给药时机合理率（44.83%）较2011年（32.45%）有大幅提高（P＜0.01），其他评价指标改善程度不明显。结论：必须进一步加大行政干预力度，加大监控与管理力度，规范围手术期抗菌药的使用。

英文摘要:

ABSTRACT Objective:To evaluate the effectiveness of interventions ,which used to make the prophylactic use of antimicrobial drugs specification in the preoperative period of typeⅠ incision , and provide references for managements about anti bacterial treatment. Methods:302 cases in 2011 and 232 cases 2012 of typeⅠincision were selected retrospectively, and the clinical data about prophylactic use of antimicrobial drugs in the preoperative period were analyzed comparatively.Results:Analysis showed that the ratio of prophylactic use in 2012 decreased significantly compared to 2011 (from 72.9%to57.9%) .The ratio of reasonable prophylaxis timing, was44.83% in 2012,which was higher than 2011 (32.45%) (P<0.01), the remaining evaluation had little improvement .Conclusion:It needed more efforts to intensify the administrative intervention, monitoring and management,to make the prophylactic use of antimicrobial drugs in the preoperative period more reasonable.
