ABSTRACT Objective:To evaluate the effectiveness of interventions ,which used to make the prophylactic use of antimicrobial drugs specification in the preoperative period of typeⅠ incision , and provide references for managements about anti bacterial treatment. Methods:302 cases in 2011 and 232 cases 2012 of typeⅠincision were selected retrospectively, and the clinical data about prophylactic use of antimicrobial drugs in the preoperative period were analyzed comparatively.Results:Analysis showed that the ratio of prophylactic use in 2012 decreased significantly compared to 2011 (from 72.9%to57.9%) .The ratio of reasonable prophylaxis timing, was44.83% in 2012,which was higher than 2011 (32.45%) (P<0.01), the remaining evaluation had little improvement .Conclusion:It needed more efforts to intensify the administrative intervention, monitoring and management,to make the prophylactic use of antimicrobial drugs in the preoperative period more reasonable. |
