| 摘 要 目的:了解德昌县城居民安全用药意识和行为，为有针对性地开展对当地居民安全用药健康教育提供依据。方法：自制调查问卷，采用现场填写、回收问卷的方式了解德昌县城居民安全用药意识和用药行为。结果： 本次调查共计发放问卷968份，回收有效问卷905份，有效率为93.49%，其中有827例（91.38%）在服药前阅读药品说明书，795例（87.85%）在服药前留意药品有效期，315例（34.81%）有干吞、茶水果汁服药的行为，675例（74.59%）有不按疗程服药、频繁换药的行为，466例（51.49%）有随意增减药量的行为。不同年龄、职业和文化程度人群安全用药意识和行为存在一定差异，其中老年、农民和学历低者人群安全用药意识和行为水平较低。结论：德昌县城居民有一定安全用药意识，但用药行为存在一定不当，应采取针对性干预措施，以保障该地区居民用药安全，促进合理用药。 |

| ABSTRACT Objective::To investigate the the awareness and behaviors of drug using safety of the residents in Dechang to provide reference for the health education. Methods::A questionnaire survey was conducted among the residents to understand their medication habit. Results:: 905 valid questionnaires were collected. Including 827（91.38%）residents who read drug instructions before taking medicine, 795（87.85%）residents who noted the validity of drug before taking medicine, 315（34.81%）residents who usually took medicine with tea water or fruit juices, 675（74.59%）residents who usually did not follow treatment courses to take medicine, but stop taking medicine once their symptoms relieved or changed the category of drugs frequently and 466（51.49%）residents who increased or decreased their dosages at random.Conclusion::The residents in Dechang had some awareness of drug using safety, but their behaviors were disappoint. Some pertinence measures should be taken to guarantee the safety of drug using and promote rational use of drug. |
