ABSTRACT Objective::To analyze the adverse drug reactions caused by moxifloxacin to provide a rationale of clinical drug safety. Methods::The incidences of ADRs by propofol injection reported in the Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital from May 6,2008 to May 6, 2013 were collected. A statistical analysis based on medication, gender, age and clinical manifestation was conducted. Results::165 cases of adverse drug reaction were collected. Of all the screened cases, ADRs caused through the oral route were 35 and ADRs through the intravenous route were 130. 165 ADRs were involved in several systems such as digestive system, nervous system , cardio vascular system and so on. Conclusion::Clinical physicians should pay more attention to the patients and ensure patients' safety after moxifloxacin injection was administered. It is necessary to closely observe the laboratory examination of their blood system and to monitor their liver and kidney functions. |
