| 摘 要 目的:观察孟鲁司特联合布地奈德预防婴幼儿呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)毛细支气管炎后喘息复发的疗效和安全性。方法：RSV毛细支气管炎患儿76例随机分为对照组与观察组。两组患儿均给予吸氧、抗病毒和止咳等常规综合治疗。对照组加用布地奈德混悬液1 ml雾化吸入，bid，症状消失后停药；观察组在对照组基础上加用孟鲁司特咀嚼片2.5 mg，qd，睡前口服，连用3个月。观察并比较两组患儿治疗后主要症状体征的消退时间和住院时间，随访观察治疗结束后3个月和6个月内喘息的复发率。结果：观察组患儿的喘憋、咳嗽和肺部喘鸣音消失时间和住院时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05)；治疗后随访观察3个月和6个月，观察组患儿的喘息的复发率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：布地奈德联合孟鲁司特治疗RSV毛细支气管炎的疗效确切，安全性好，能明显改善患儿症状和体征，明显缩短住院时间，并能降低其喘息的复发率。 |

| ABSTRACT Objective::To discuss the prevention effect of montelukast combined with budesonide on gasping reoccurrence of respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) bronchiolitis in children.Methods::76 cases of children with RSV bronchiolitis were divided into control group and observation group at random. The children in the two groups were both given oxygen uptake,anti-virus,cough relief and other routine comprehensive treatment.The children in the control group were given budesonide suspl 1ml,twice a day until the symptom disappeared.The children in the observation group were additionally given montelukast dulcet,2.5mg, daily once a day for 3 months at bedtime.The regression time of the main symptom and physical signs and length of stay of the children in the two groups after the medical treatment were observed and compared,and the gasping reoccurrence rates within 3 and 6 months after the medical treatment were followed up and observed.Results::The regression times of wheezing, coughing, pulmonary wheezing and length of stay were much shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05).The gasping reoccurrence rate of the children in the observation group was much lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion::Montelukast combined with Budesonide had its reliable curative effect and better security on respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) bronchiolitis,which could obviously improve the symptom and physical signs of children,shorten the length of stay and reduce the gasping reoccurrence rate. |
