| 摘 要 目的:了解眼科门诊处方抗菌药的使用现状，为管理决策提供依据。方法：采用横断面调查方法，随机调查2013年42 710张眼科门诊处方抗菌药的使用情况。结果：眼科门诊患者抗菌药使用率：不含局部用药为0.67%～0.76%；包含局部用药为31.00%～35.50%，在品种选择上以喹诺酮类为主（＞69.58%）。临床医生在为成人和儿童患者选择眼用抗菌药时，存在品种差异。结论：应重视喹诺酮类药物在眼科的耐药情况监测，必要时限制其在某些眼科疾病的预防性应用。建议对儿童眼科用药给予更多关注，收集喹诺酮类眼用药物在儿科应用的安全性数据。 |

| ABSTRACT Objective::To investigate the utilization of antibiotics in outpatient department of ophthalmology and provide the basis for management.Methods::The utilization of antibiotics in 42 710 ophthalmic prescriptions in 2013 were analyzed.Results::The proportion of antibacterial prescriptions excluding topical usage was from 0.76%to0.67%and the proportion of antibacterial prescriptions containing topical usage was from 31.00%to 35.50%.Quinolone eye drops were the most commonly chosen variety(＞69.58%).There remained some difference between adults and children in topical antibacterial usage.Conclusion::Monitoring in ophthalmic drug resistance to quinolones should be paid more attention to.Prophylactic antibiotic use in some ophthalmic diseases should be intervened when necessary.More concerns should be given to the use of children’s ophthalmic drugs and to the gathering of pediatric application safety data of quinolone eye ophthalmic drugs. |
