ABSTRACT Objective:To study the utilization of psychotropic substances in our hospital so as to improve the outpatient prescription drug quality and rational administration. Methods:A total of 20407 psychotropic substance prescriptions,which collected from January to June in 2013 in the outpatients of our hospital, were analyzed by DDDs and DUI recommended by WHO. 1 030 sampling prescriptions were given review of rational drug use. Results: The DUIs of 10 kinds of psychotropic drugs used in outpatient were all less than or equal to 1.0. The proportion of female patients was higher than that of male patients, accounting for 56.31%, which was distributed mainly in 18 39 years of age; the top three frequency of utilization of psychotropic substances were paroxetine hydrochloride tablets, sertraline hydrochloride tablets, venlafaxine hydrochloride sustained release tablets. Conclusion:The use of psychotropic drugs in our hospital was basically rational, non abuse, but there were still too long medication, combination therapy significantly, individual and high frequency of drug use, should be further standardized in order to ensure the rational drug usage in the prescription. |
