| 摘 要 目的: 观察双岐三联活菌胶囊防治婴幼儿肺炎抗生素相关性腹泻（AAD）的疗效与安全性。方法：婴幼儿肺炎患儿178例按入院先后顺序分为观察组89例和对照组89例, 对照组采用抗感染雾吸化痰等常规治疗；观察组在常规治疗基础上加用双岐三联活菌胶囊。出现腹泻后两组均给予补液，双岐三联活菌胶囊、蒙脱石散等治疗。比较两组患儿AAD发生率、平均腹泻次数、腹泻持续时间，评价两组临床疗效，记录治疗期间相关药品不良反应。结果：观察组腹泻发生率为22.5%，明显低于对照组的51.7%（P<0.01）；观察组平均腹泻次数、腹泻持续时间均明显优于对照组(P<0.01或0.05)，总有效率、显效率也都明显高于对照组（P<0.05) 。两组均未见双岐三联活菌胶囊所致药品不良反应发生。结论：双岐三联活菌胶囊防治婴幼儿肺炎AAD安全、有效。 |

| ABSTRACT Objective: To study the curative effects and the safety of Bifid triple viable capsules in treatment of pneumonia secondary antibiotic associated diarrhea（AAD）in infants. Methods:178 cases of infant pneumonia were divided into two groups according to the sequence of admission, treatment group 89 cases and the control group 89 cases , The control group treated with the conventional treatments such as anti infection and atomization inhalation and phlegm；The treatment group plus Bifid triple viable capsules based on the conventional treatment.Two groups were treated with fluid infusion and Bifid triple viable capsules and montmorillonite powder after diarrhea .The incidence of AAD and the mean number of diarrhea as well as the duration of diarrhea in the two groups werecompared , the clinical efficacy were evaluated and the related adverse drug reactions during the treatment were recodred.Results:The occurrence of secondary diarrhea of treatment group were 22.5%, with statistically significant difference to the control group with 51.7%(P<0.01)； The effects of treatment group are more superior than that of the control group in the mean number of diarrhea and the duration of diarrhea(P<0.01 or P<0.05). The total effective rate and obvious effective rate of treatment group are more superior than that of the the control group（P<0.05). There have no adverse effect in treatment of Bifid triple viable capsules in the two groups. Conclusion:Bifid Triple Viable Capsules in prevention of pneumonia secondary AAD in infants was curative effects and safety. |
