| 摘 要 目的:探讨头孢噻肟不良反应发生的特点。方法：通过中国知网（CNKI）的中国医院知识仓库（CHKD）期刊全文数据库及万方数据库检索到2000～2013年有关头孢噻肟不良反应的有效文献148篇，并按患者性别、年龄、原患疾病与过敏史、给药途径、累及器官或系统及临床表现等方面进行统计、分析。结果：收集头孢噻肟致不良反应174例，其中，174例患者全部通过静脉途径给药；不良反应以过敏反应为多见，有118例（67.82％）；其发生时间最早的在用药1 min 内，最迟的在用药12 d后。结论：头孢噻肟引起的不良反应临床表现复杂多样，其发生与多种因素有关，最严重的可能引起死亡，值得临床医师关注。 |

| ABSTRACT Objective:To explore the regularity and characteristics of ADRs induced by Cefotaxime Sodium.Methods:Based on the CHKD of CNKI and Wanfang database，a total of 148 literatures about Cefotaxime Sodium induced ADRs were collected and analyzed statistically in respect of patients'gender，age，case history，administration route，clinical manifestation. Results:174 cases were given Cefotaxime Sodium intravenously. 118 cases (67.82％) featured anaphylactic reaction.The most immediatest ADR occurred within 1 min after administration, while the latest occurred 12d after administration. Conclusion:ADRs induced by Cefotaxime Sodium presented complicated and various symptoms caused by different reasons, and some cases leaded to death. Clinical doctors should pay more attention to Cefotaxime Sodium induced ADRs. |
