| 摘 要 目的:观察硫辛酸联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗尿毒症患者不宁腿综合征（RLS）的疗效和安全性。方法：68例维持性血液透析患者随机分为观察组与对照组，分别给予硫辛酸联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗及单纯氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗。治疗开始及结束时进行RLS评分，比较两组疗效与药品不良反应差异。结果：观察组总有效率82.85%，对照组总有效率54.54%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗结束时两组RLS评分均较前不同程度下降(P<0.05)；且观察组RLS评分较对照组下降更明显(P<0.05)。两组不良反应比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：硫辛酸联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片可减轻尿毒症患者RLS的临床症状，安全性好，疗效优于单用氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片。 |

| ABSTRACT Objective:To observe the curative effects of lipoic acid combined with flupentixol and melitracen tablets in the treatment of uremic patients with restless leg syndrome. Methods:68 cases of maintenance hemodialysis patients were randomly divided into observation group (lipoic acid + flupentixol and melitracen tablets) and control group (flupentixol and melitracen tablets).The RSL score were given before and after the treatment，the curative effect and the adverse reactions in two groups were compared. Results: The total effectiveness of observation group was 82.85%, while the control group was 54.54%, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment，the RLS score of the two groups were all decreased to different extent(P<0.05)，and the score of observation group was lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). There were no significant difference between the two groups on adverse drug reactions(P>0.05). Conclusion: Lipoic acid combined with flupentixol and melitracen tablets can relieve the clinical symptoms in uremia patients with restless leg syndrome，has good safety，and more effective than the treatment of flupentixol and melitracen tablets simply. |
