| 摘 要 目的:观察参麦注射液治疗尿毒症患者血液透析（HD）中低血压的疗效和安全性。方法：64例尿毒症HD中出现低血压的患者随机分为观察组与对照组各32例。患者均给予禁食、高低钠序贯透析，输注高渗葡萄糖及氯化钠注射液、低温HD等治疗措施。观察组在此基础上于HD开始时静滴参麦注射液100 ml，疗程12周。记录HD前、HD开始后2 h与结束后血压值。比较患者用药前后血压变化。结果：应用参麦注射液患者血液透析中血压较治疗前明显升高（P＜0.05），升高幅度明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）,未出现药品不良反应。结论：参麦注射液治疗尿毒症患者HD中低血压安全、有效。 |

| ABSTRACT Objective:To investigate the efficacy of Shenmai injection in the treatment of intradialysis hypotension (IDH) in maintenance hemodialysis (MHD) patients. Methods:64 MHD patients with IDH were enrolled and randomly assigned into treatment group and controlled group(n=32). The patients in the controlled group were given the treatment such as fast, hypernatric & hyponatric sequential dialysis or given hypertonic saline or hyperosmotic glucose，low temperature hemodialysis；and patients in the treatment group were treated with Shenmai injection 100ml on the basis of the controlled group. The course of treatment was 12 weeks. Their blood pressure were measured and recorded at pre , post hemodialysis and 2 hours after the beginning of hemodialysis. Their blood pressures were compared before and after the treatment.Results:The blood pressures of the patients in the treatment group rose more significantly than before the treatment(P＜0.05), The increases was significantly higher than those in the controlled group(P＜0.05). The adverse drug reactions were not observed .Conclusion:Shenmai injection was safe and effective for the treatment of IDH. |
