| 摘 要 目的:了解电子警示信息对医生处方鼻用减充血药的影响。方法：对设置电子警示信息前后我院门诊处方鼻用减充血药的使用情况进行统计分析。结果：警示信息减少了平均每张处方开具的鼻用减充血药的量和联合用药，但未减少鼻用减充血药的处方比例。结论：设置电子警示是促进合理用药的有效手段，但需要进一步配合临床药师的宣教工作。 |

| ABSTRACT Objective: To investigate the impact of computer alert on nasal decongestion prescriptions. Methods:Statistical analysis was done on the usage of nasal decongestants before and after computer alert setting.Results:Warning information reduced the nasal decongestant DDDs of average each prescription and drug combination but did not reduce the prescriptions ratio. Conclusion:The electronic alert improved the reasonable use of nasal decongestants. Physician education should be developed by clinical pharmacist next. |
