| 摘 要 目的:探讨为肾移植术后肺部感染患者实施药学监护的路径及方法，提高治愈率，改善预后。方法：对肾移植术后肺部感染患者的药物治疗方案、药物间的相互作用及药品不良反应等方面提供药学监护。结果：患者肺部感染得到有效控制，康复出院。结论：对肾移植术后肺部感染患者实施药学监护是必要的。 |

| ABSTRACT Objective:To explore an approach and methods for the pharmaceutical care for renal transplant recipients with pulmonary infection so as to improve the therapeutic efficacy and patients’ prognosis. Methods:Transplant recipients with pulmonary infection receive pharmaceutical care in terms of drug treatment, drug interactions and adverse reactions.Results:Pulmonary infection was effectively controlled with good renal function recovery.Conclusion:It is necessary for renal transplant recipients with pulmonary infection to receive pharmaceutical care. |
