| 摘 要 目的:对某三级医院抗肿瘤药品不良反应（ADR）进行监测分析，为临床抗肿瘤药物的合理应用提供参考，同时分析ADR呈报情况。方法：对该院2007年1月～2013年12月上报的304例抗肿瘤药物ADR报告结合Excel电子表格和手工筛选方法，进行统计分析。结果：304例ADR中男116例，女188例；40岁以上275例；发生不良反应例数最多的是注射用顺铂79例；ADR临床表现以血液系统、消化系统为主。发现新的不良反应12例；2012年12月份肿瘤科不良反应报告率为1.02%，用回顾性住院患者集中监测法发现不良反应发生率为54.17%。结论：应加强对肿瘤患者ADR的监测工作，改善监测方法，以保证用药安全。 |

| ABSTRACT Objective:To analyze adverse reactions of antitumor drugs from spontaneous reporting in the affiliated Huanghe Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology. Methods:The reports of 304 cases of antitumor drug ADR in the hospital in 2007 January to 2013 December were collected and statistical analysed with the Excel table and manual screening methods. Results:In 304 cases of ADR，male 116 cases, female 188 cases;40 years old and above were 275 cases; the maximum number of adverse reaction cases of drugs was cisplatin injection in 79 cases；clinical manifestations of ADR were concentrated in blood system and digestive system；there were 12 cases new adverse reactions. Report rate of adverse reaction in 2012 December in department of oncology was 1.02%, the incidence rate of adverse reaction was 54.17% by retrospective of hospitalized patients with centralized monitoring method.Conclusion:The monitoring of ADR in tumor patients should be strengthened,and mothods of mornitoring should be improveed，in order to ensure drug safety. |
