| 摘 要 目的:了解崇明地区二级综合医院国家基本药物应用现状，促进基本药物的合理配置与应用。方法：对崇明地区二级综合医院2011～2013年国家基本药物的用药信息进行统计分析。结果：各院国家基本药物品种、销售金额构成比变化不大，基本药物的用药频度（DDDs）排名前15位多为抗感染药物、心脑血管系统用药和消化系统用药。结论：国家基本药物在上海崇明地区二级综合医院的临床应用水平还有待进一步提高，今后应出台相关制度促进国家基本药物制度的实施，以保障基本药物的覆盖率以及使用量。 |

| ABSTRACT Objective:To understand the present application about the national essential drugs in Chongming area,which will promote the reasonable configuration and Application of the basic drugs.Methods:Statistics and analysis of the medication of a district general hospital from 2011 to 2013 in Chongming area. Results: The constituent ratio of classes of drugs and consumption sum of essential drugs in hospital from 2010 2011 had little change, The basic drug DDDs ranked the top 15 was anti infection drugs, cardiovascular system and digestive system drugs. Conclusion: Application of essential drugs should be further improved in our hospital. The relevant government departments should take relevant measures to promote the implementation of national essential drug system in hospitals, in order to make sure the coverage and usage of the basic drugs in hospitals. |
