| 摘 要 目的:研究由CYP450介导的他汀类药物相互作用及其药学监护，以期促进他汀类药物的合理使用。方法：通过对近年来的国内外相关文献报道进行收集、归纳、分析, 加以综述。结果：多类药物及食物均可通过CYP450与他汀类药物产生相互作用并导致药效降低和（或）不良反应风险增加等后果，需进行有效地药学监护，降低用药风险。结论：使用他汀类药物时，临床药师应从药物的种类和剂量的选择、肝毒性和肌毒性的监测，及患者用药教育等多方面进行药学监护，以确保用药安全。 |

| ABSTRACT Objective: To study the drug interactions based on Statins mediated by CYP450，and pharmaceutical care for it ，for the guarantee the rational use of Statin.Methods: Relevant literatures were collected and analyzed to a comprehensive analysis and commentary．Results: Drug interactions based on Statins mediated by CYP450 could result in decrease in efficacy, and increase in the side effected of both the Statins and other drugs. Pharmaceutical care should be provided to reduce the risk. Conclusion:To ensure the safety of drug-use, clinical pharmacists should provide effective pharmaceutical care which includes the choose of types and dosage of Statins, the monitor of myopathy and hepatic injury and the medicine education for patients during the treatment . |
