| 摘 要 目的:分析卡马西平与迟发剥脱性皮炎的关系，探索临床药师在发现卡马西平引起剥脱性皮炎不良反应的作用。方法：系统分析1例剥脱性皮炎患者的给药、合并用药、皮炎发生过程、处理及预后。结果：患者的迟发剥脱性皮炎主要为服用卡马西平导致，瑞舒伐他汀有协同作用的可能。结论：临床药师应详细询问用药史和症状，仔细分析，警惕卡马西平导致迟发剥脱性皮炎的发生。 |

| ABSTRACT Objective:To investigate the relationship between carbamazepine and delayed exfoliative dermatitis, in order to reduce the incidence of delayed exfoliative dermatitis caused by carbamazepine. Methods:Systematically analyzes the drug administration process,drug combination,and the occurrence and treatment of dermatitis of a case of exfoliative dermatitis.Results:The delayed exfoliative dermatitis was mainly resulted by carbamazepine, and rosuvastatin probably had synergistic effect. Conclusion: Wary of delayed exfoliative dermatitis caused by carbamazepine, and deal with the side effect accurately and timely,in order to improve the prognosis; at the same time pay attention to the interaction between carbamazepine and rosuvastatin. |
