ABSTRACT Objective:To research resistance and distribution characteristic of clinical isolated Acinetobacter calcoaceticus-Acinetobacter baumannii composite(A.calcoaceticus-A.baumannii composite)of Xiangtan central hospital,to provide evidence for rational use of antimicrobial agents. Methods:A.calcoaceticus-A.baumanniicomposite from first isolated clinical submission specimens of January 1, 2014-June 31, 2014 inpatient in Xiangtan central hospital were collected and separated,using VITEK 32 type automatic microbial analyzer. KB method was used to test drug susceptibility. WHONET statistical software was used to analyze its results. Results:The resistant rates of A.calcoaceticus A.baumannii composite for respective antibiotics were: nitrofurantoin 100%, piperacillin 88.5%, cefotaxime 88.5%, meropenem 84.6%, aztreonam 83.0%, deoxytetracycline 82.9%, ciprofloxacin 82.8%, cefepime 82.2%, amikacin 81.3%, ceftazidime 79.0%, piperacillin-tazobactam 78.3%, imipenem 77.1%, ampicillin-sulbactam 75.6%, gentamicin 68.8%, ceftriaxone 68.7%, tobramycin 62.1%, cefoperazone-sulbactam60.5%, levofloxacin 58.7%, cotrimoxazole 57.5%, minocycline 55.5%.Conclusion:Acquried infection rate within the hospital of A.calcoaceticus-A.baumannii composite increases every year, and isolated A.calcoaceticus-A.baumannii composite show drug resistance to a variety of antimicrobial. Resistance monitoring of A.calcoaceticus-A.baumannii composite should be strengthened,antibiotics should be used rational, regional hospitals combined detection mechanism should be established , broad resistance trends of A.calcoaceticus-A.baumannii composite should be grasped. |
