临床药学专业本科生“药物流行病学”课程设置及需求调查分析

      摘 要 目的:比较教学改革前后临床药学专业学生对于药物流行病学课程内容的了解程度和感兴趣程度,为进一步优化药物流行病学课程设置,提高药物流行病学的教学质量和教学水平提供依据。方法:采用自编问卷,分别于2007年和2014年两次对在校生进行药物流行病学课程设置及需求调查。结果:通过药物流行病学课程的学习,21.7%的2003级在校生和52.4%的2011级在校生认为现在对这门课程比较有兴趣,两个年级的差异有统计学意义(P=0.017)。对“知识增长方面的帮助”的调查结果显示:14.2%的2011级在校生认为很有收获,而2003级在校生仅4.3%认为很有收获;对“研究能力提高方面的帮助”的结果显示:76.1%的2011级在校生认为很有收获或比较有收获,这个比例在2003级在校生中仅为30.4%。47.6%的2011级在校生表示现在对于药品不良反应与过去相比关注程度变化很大或较大,而2003级在校生中仅占13.0%。对各章节课程内容的了解程度和感兴趣程度方面,2011级学生的平均评分均高于2003级学生,差异有统计学意义。结论:临床药学专业学生对药物流行病学课程的需求在增加,开设药物流行病学对于临床药学专业学生提高科研能力,掌握药物利用研究中的基本方法具有较大意义。经过临床药学专业本科生药物流行病学的教学体系和内容的调整与改革,学生的学习效果有较大提高,对药物流行病学的主要内容均有较好的掌握,取得了较好的教学效果。

      ABSTRACT Objective: To compare the degree of knowledge and interest of students majored in clinical pharmacy on pharmacoepidemiology before and after teaching reform. The findings of this study can provide the basis to optimize the curriculum and to improve teaching quality and level of pharmacoepidemiology. Methods:A questionnaire was developed to investigate the students about the curriculum and needs of pharmacoepidemiology in 2007 and 2014. Results:After learning of pharmacoepidemiology,21.7% of the students in grade 2003 and 52.4% of the students in grade 2011 now were more interested in this course, and there is statistical significance (P=0.017). On the respect of “help growth in knowledge”, the survey showed that 14.2% of the students in grade 2011 thought it was help while the proportion was only 4.3% among students in grade 2003. With respect to “help in improving research capacity”,76.1% of the students in grade 2011 thought it to be helpful, while the proportion was only 30.4%for students in grade 2003. 47.6%of students in grade 2011 said there was great change of their attention on adverse drug reactions compared with the past, while the proportion was 13.0% for students in grade 2003. As to the degree of knowledge and interest on each chapter of pharmacoepidemiology, the average score for students in grade 2011 was significantly higher than that of students in grade 2003. Conclusion: The demand for pharmacoepidemiology among students majored in clinical pharmacy is increasing. Studying pharmacoepidemiology is of great importance for students to improve their ability of scientific research and skills of using the basic methods. After adjustment and reforming of teaching system and contents, the teaching of pharmacoepidemiology achieved good effect. Students learned the main content of pharmacoepidemiology were much better and made a good performance.
