| 摘 要 目的:探讨急性髓细胞白血病伴支气管扩张患者治疗中的药物治疗方案及药学监护要点。方法：通过对1例老年急性髓细胞白血病伴支气管扩张患者诊治过程实施药学监护，分析患者的治疗方案，根据患者的病情变化提供用 药建议，监护患者安全用药，促进了药物的合理化使用。结果：药师应根据患者的具体情况，将药学理论和临床实践相结合，提高药物治疗水平，真正做到治疗个体化。结论：通过实施药学监护可以促进合理用药和个体化给药，避免不良反应的发生。 |

| ABSTRACT Objective:To discuss an approach of delivering pharmaceutical care for patients with Acute Myelocytic Leukemia and bronchiectasis. Methods:By monitoring the process of diagnosis and treatment of elderly patients with acute myelocytic leukemia and bronchiectasis, pharmacist analysis the therapeutic schedule and provide medication recommendations based on the patient’s condition,monitoring drug safety and promoting rational drug use. Results:Pharmacists should be based on the specific circumstances of the patient, combining pharmaceutical theory with clinical practice ,so that they can improve the level of drug treatment and let individualized treatment become a reality. Conclusion:We can promote rational drug use and individualized dosing in the meantime and avoid adverse reactions through the implementation of pharmaceutical care. |
