ABSTRACT Objective:To study the characteristic of the adverse drug reactions (ADRs) in our hospital, provide references for rational drug use in clinics.Methods: 322 ADRs reports were collected from our hospital in 2013, which were analyzed statistically in respect patients' age and sex, routes of administration, drugs categories, organs and systems involved ,clinical manifestation, consequence and prognosis and report the occupational. Results:Among the 322 ADRs cases, 174 cases were male and 148 cases were female, male to female ratio is 1.18∶1. intravenous administration had the highest incidence of ADRs(90.96%),followed by oral drugs (4.66%).There were 191 cases (59.32%)reported by doctors, 122 cases (37.89%) reported by nurses.The top two drugs caused most ADRs were antimicrobial agents (132 csaes,36.16%)and antiviral drugs (34 cases,9.32%) .The lesions of skin and its appendants were the most common presentations of ADR,which appeared in 170(40.48%) cases.Conclusion:We should pay attention to ADRs monitoring and propaganda work, reduce the incidence of ADRs, and promote the clinical rational drug use, to ensure the safety of patients with medication. |
