| 摘 要 目的:观察贝那普利对慢性充血性心力衰竭（CCHF）患者疗效及生活质量的影响。方法：120例CCHF患者随机分为对照组40例和观察组80例，对照组予常规治疗，观察组在对照组基础上加用贝那普利，6个月为1疗程。评价临床疗效，测定6 min步行距离（6MWT），明尼苏达心力衰竭生活质量量表（MLHFQ）评价生活质量，记录不良反应。结果：治疗后，观察组临床总有效率90.0%，6MWT明显延长，生活质量明显改善，均明显优于对照组（P<0.05）；两组均无严重不良反应出现。结论：贝那普利适于治疗CCHF患者。 |

| ABSTRACT Objective::To observe the clinical effects of benazepril and quality of life of patients with chronic congestive heart failure (CCHF). Methods::120 patients with CCHF were randomly divided into control group (40 cases) and observation group (80 cases). The control group received conventional treatment and the observation group was treated with benazepril additionally. All the patients were treated for 6 months. The clinical efficiency and 6 minute walking distance (6MWT) were determined. MLHFQ was used to evaluate the quality of life, and their adverse reactions were recorded.Results::After the treatment, the clinical efficiency was 90.0% for the observation group, their 6MWT and quality of life improved, and there were significant differences between the two groups (P<0.05). No serious adverse reactions were observed for the two groups. Conclusion::Benazepril was suitable for the treatment of patients with chronic congestive heart failure. |
