| 摘 要 目的:探讨不同麻醉方法在腹腔镜阑尾切除术中的应用效果。方法：85例患者按意愿分为对照组39例和观察组46例，对照组施行硬膜外麻醉，观察组施行腰麻联合硬膜外麻醉。比较两组麻醉起效时间、麻醉效果、排气时间及并发症。结果：观察组麻醉起效时间及排气时间明显较短，麻醉效果明显优于对照组（P<0.05），两组药品不良反应发生率基本相当（P>0.05）。结论：腰麻联合硬膜外麻醉适合腹腔镜阑尾切除术的麻醉处理。 |

| ABSTRACT Objective:: To explore the clinical effects of different anesthesia methods on the patients with laparoscopic appendectomy operation.Methods::According to the patients’ options, 85 cases were divided into control group (39 cases) and observation group (46 cases). The control group received their epidural anesthesia and the observation group received their combined spinal and epidural anesthesia. The onset of anesthesia, anesthetic effect, exhausted time and complications were compared. Results:: For the observation group, the onset of anesthesia and exhausted time were shorter, and their anesthetic effects were better (P<0.05). The complication rate was similar between the two groups. Conclusion::The combined spinal and epidural anesthesia is suitable for the treatment of patients with laparoscopic appendectomy operation. |
