| 摘 要 目的:总结尖吻蝮蛇血凝酶致不良反应（ADR）的特点，为临床安全用药提供参考。方法：检索中国生物医学文献数据库、中国期刊全文数据库及万方医学网中尖吻蝮蛇血凝酶所致不良反应文献并对其进行统计分析。结果：共收集到尖吻蝮蛇血凝酶相关ADRs报告8份，涉及18例患者、19例次ADRs，其中男10例，女8例；年龄26~73岁，平均年龄45.6岁。所有不良反应均为Ⅰ型超敏反应，其中6例（33.3%）为过敏性休克。所有患者均治愈。结论：临床应重视尖吻蝮蛇血凝酶的不良反应，加强用药监护。 |

| ABSTRACT Objective:Summarize the characteristics of adverse drug reaction（ADR）induced by haemocoagulase agkistrodon to provide reference for safe drug use in clinical practice. Methods:Based on the CBM, CNKI and Wanfang medicine database, literatures about ADR induced by haemocoagulase agkistrodon were collected and statistically analyzed. Results: A total of 8 reports related to ADR of haemocoagulase agkistrodon were collected, including 18 patients and 19 cases of ADR. Eighteen patients comprised 10 male and 8 female with average age of 45.6 years（26 to 73 years）. All the ADR were anaphylaxis, six of the patients（33.3%）were allergic shock. All patients were recovered after the treatment. Conclusion: More attention should be paid to the ADR induced by haemocoagulase agkistrodon and the strict monitor for the drug use should be strengthened. |
