| 摘 要 目的:比较左氧氟沙星与洛美沙星两种喹诺酮类药物治疗细菌感染性结膜炎的临床疗效及安全性差异。方法：78例细菌性结膜炎患者随机分成观察组和对照组各39例，观察组予乳酸左氧氟沙星滴眼液，对照组予洛美沙星滴眼液，疗程均为7 d。比较两组临床疗效、细菌清除率、药品不良反应发生情况。结果：观察组疗效分布显著优于对照组（P<0.05），两组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。两组细菌清除率分别为100%、97.06%，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）两组均未发生严重药品不良反应。结论：左氧氟沙星滴眼液治疗细菌性结膜炎疗效优于洛美沙星。 |

| ABSTRACT Objective:To compare the clinical curative effect and safety of lomefloxacin and levofloxacin ,which both belong to fluoroquinolones,in the clinical treatment of bacterial conjunctivitis.Methods:78 cases of bacterial conjunctivitis were divided into observation group and control group ,each group had 39 patients ，the observation group were treated with lomefloxacin eyedrops, the control group were treated with the levefloxacin eyedrops both for a course of 7 days.The clinical curative effect , bacterial clrarance rate,and adverse drug reactions(ADR)of the patients in the two groups were observed and compared after medical treatment.Results:The total clinical efficiency distribution of patients in the observation group was much higher than that in the controlled group with significant difference (P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment between the two groups had no statistically significance(P>0.05). The bacterial bacterial clrarance rates were 100% and 97.06% respectively,had no statistieally significance(P＞0.05).There were no serious drug adverse reaction in the two groups.Conclusion:The clinical effect in the treatment of bacterial conjunctivitis with lomefloxacin was better than that of levofloxacin. |
