| ABSTRACT Objective:To study the efficacy and safety of paroxetine combined with Jiuweizhenxin granules on the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder.Methods:150 patients with generalized anxiety disorder were randomly divided into study group and control group, 75 cases in each group, treated with paroxetine combined with Jiuweizhenxin granules therapy and paroxetine trespectively, a course of 6 weeks. Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) scores of the two groups before and after treatment , clinical curative effect and the adverse drug reactions were observed and compared. Results:The study group lost 2 cases, a total of 73 cases were observed, the control group lost 6 cases, a total of 67 cases were observed. After 1 week treatment, the HAMA score of the study group decreased significantly than before (P＜0.01). After 2 week treatment, the HAMA score of control group decreased significantly than before (P＜0.01) . Before and after treatment，the HAMA score in each period of two groups, had no statistically significant (P>0.05). After the treatment, the cure rate and efficiency of the two groups were not statistically significant (P>0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse drug reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion:Paroxetine combined with Jiuweizhenxin granules on the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder, It showed quick effect, good safety , it was worth clinical promotion. |
